These are a few quick tips on how to use a wiki effectively. These can be rotated on the Home Page, to provide a daily tip.
- Look at Recent Changes to get an idea of what is happening in the kayakwiki community
- After editing a page, your 'summary' will appear in the Recent Changes. Describe your edit with a few words to help other people see what you did
- Register with kayakwiki. Then your name shows up on the Recent Changes, and you can make a User Page to describe yourself.
- If somebody adds rubbish or spam to a page, you can undo their changes by viewing, editing, then saving an older revision of the page.
