Playboat

A Playboat is a type of Kayak which is designed for Playboating. The priciples of whitewater kayak design have been taken to extremes. Playboats are very short, and often have elevated knee position for more three dimensional control. They are light and low volume, often with a scooped bow and stern, which opens up new possibilities for crazy playboating moves, but makes them less practical for, river running, and flatwater sprinting, and entirely inappropriate for creeking.
