Flat spin
From KayakWiki
A flatspin is a playboating move involving turning in the horizontal plane, to spin the boat, with hull flat parallel with the water. A 360 and a 720 are flat spin moves refering the number of degrees of the spin. A 180 is the same, although this doesn't really count a flat spin, since you're just turning around.
Note that flatspins are very different from Cartwheels (and normally a lot easier), because a cartwheel is a more acrobatic spin in the vertical plane.
Variations on the flatspin include the Rock spin
